  •  Phase 2 development is still on-going. It took us long to fully developed because of we fill it with boulders and raise it 1 meter from the standard lands. So, although Phase 2 3 or 4 offers cheaper inventories than Phase 1, but the availability of the property or it will only be buildable after 2 to 3 years from now.

APPRAISAL

  •  Price increases are regular and in fact it is conducted twice a year. From the very start of inventory selling until now, the % of increase quantifies more or less 150% higher, and yet the subdivision is not fully developed.
