   Information collected from the visitor such as their IP addresses, date and time of visit, pages visited and the referring website is used by Cebu Online Realty for statistics use and tracking purposes only. The emails being collected from the mailing list will only be used by Cebu Online Realty to send regular newsletters and promotions to subscribed and verified email addresses and are not shared or sold to other websites or company. Emails collected from online inquiries are only used by Cebu Onlne Realty to communicate with the sending visitor and are not automatically subscribed in our mailing list unless requested and verified.
   
   
3. Choices available to visitors regarding the marketing uses of the collected information
   
   Cebu Online Realty provides the visitors the right to opt out from their subscription to the mailing list if they are no longer interested to receive monthly updates. Together with the email verification message we sent the mailing list subscribers, we included a link there with an option to unsubscribe or to opt out their email from our mailing list. By clicking or choosing to unsubscribe from the mailing list, our system will automatically cancel your existing subscription and set your email address to inactive and will still be stored in our database for future re-subscription.
   
   
4. Handling of visitor’s inquiries about their information or the privacy policy
   
   Visitors may send us a message through the contact form concerning their information collected online. Messages sent will immediately be replied by Cebu Online Realty to clarify things and do the request if possible.
   
   
5. Protection of information collected
   
   Information collected from the visitors can only be accessed by the administrator of the website and the realtor through a secured private control panel and is kept in a password protected database that can be accessed locally only. Information collected is not available for public view and utility.
   
   
6. Changes in our Privacy Policy
   
   Cebu Online Realty will occasionally change its privacy policy with respect to new ecommerce law and rules. Visitors can be notified for any changes in our privacy policy through the mailing list. Visitors who are not subscribed n our mailing list can regularly review the privacy policy on this page.
